Flexography

Our Flexographic Department (Roll labels) is unlike any of our other operations. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a 6-color Aquaflex press that UV coats, die cuts, under cuts, strips, slits, laminates, has video register monitoring, and rewinds on a roll.

This press also has turn bars for printing on the reverse side. The very best retail labels are produced on this press with its state-of-the-art plate mounting system. All flexo plates are made in-house with a modern Anderson-Vreeland water wash process. The flexography department also utilizes five 3-color Mark Andy presses and 2 rewinders.
