Bindery Capabilities

The Bindery Department begins with a Polar (Heidelberg) 115 EM cutter, fully automatic and computer-controlled to a Polar 92 EM computer-controlled cutter, with air bed with fully automatic operations. One Stahl (Heidelberg) folder with gluing and trimming attachments, four banks with four parallel banks plus knife and two continuous MBO folders have been added. 

We operate a Muller-Martini Presto six-pocket plus cover stitching and trimming machine for catalogs plus an eight-pocket perfect binder. Our Brewer UV sheet coating system is also the first and only system in Mississippi. Shrink wrapping, punching, numbering, and perforating are all available as well.
